Where do you work?
Bashundhara R/A only, starting around Block D roads 6, 5 and 1. Staying in one small area is how we keep helpers close and arrivals on time. We expand road by road as demand grows.
Can I book just one hour?
Yes — one hour is ৳349. Short visits only work when a helper is already nearby, so one-hour slots may not be available on every road yet. We'll tell you straight away if we can't cover it.
Will I get the same helper each time?
That's the plan for regular customers. We match you to a helper who already works your road, and keep them on your slot as long as their schedule allows.
What if my helper can't come?
We keep a vetted on-call pool for exactly this. Message support and we'll arrange a replacement or move your visit — no charge for the swap.
What's included in a normal visit?
Sweeping and vacuuming, mopping, dishes, light dusting, kitchen surfaces and basic bathroom cleaning. Ironing, laundry and deep cleaning are coming later as add-ons.
Do you do childcare or elderly care?
No. Those need separate training and safety processes, so they're outside what we offer. We'd rather say no than do them badly.
How do the visit packs work?
Pick 4, 7 or 10 visits and pay once. Use them any time within six months, on whatever days suit you. The price per visit depends on how long each visit is.
How do I pay?
You pay after the visit for one-off bookings. Packs are paid upfront when you confirm. We'll confirm the exact amount before anything is charged.
